I visited NBQ to withdraw money fine but unfortunately customer service rejected to exchange coins and notes. Also, advised me to visit other bank which I have account created. I recommend to improve customer service and dealing with other with respect and faithful

Never Ever Go NBQ!! Very rude and worst customer service..no any specific rules as a bank ,rules are generated by the staff! I visited the bank for 4-5 times in 28 days and at the end the manager Miss Awatif saeed advised me to visit any other good banks!she was too much rude and angry from the beginning itself..idk what was her problem.. As a manager she is advising the customers to visit other banks?? After one month???

Staff are not trained at all and provide wrong information. They make an account opening complicated and make you go back and forth for nothing. I visited three times as they told me bring to bring certain documents, and when I bring it to them they tell me I can’t open one. In addition, there is a female who is very rude and does not know how to talk to customers. The bank should consider changing her for their own sake.
