Nail It Pro Beauty Salon

I was excited that salon opened their new branch in Dubai. I’ve previously visited Nail It in Abu Dhabi and had haircut + highlights + toner and they did it well and I was happy with color and shape. So I was excited to come and do my hair with them in new salon in Dubai. I have natural dark blonde and ends were colored so I needed highlights and toner and cut. I asked for natural blonde, asked her what she did last time as I wanted just exactly the same. But that didn’t happen. She did highlights, okay and then between she put the color, okay. But the color started to turn very dark brown while I was waiting. I was not panicking as I trusted her. When she did al the hair washing and toning I said but it looks dark. She was like no it’s just because it’s wet, when it’s dry it will be light. I was not sure but again was trusting. Then when she dried and styled I said it’s dark, she was like oh no it will wash away after you wash it at home. And I paid 980 AED which is not cheap at all. Next day I was looking at myself and it was very dark, some places like really chestnut brown, which I didn’t ask for at all! I’ve asked for blonde! So two days after I’ve sent a message saying I don’t like it at all, this is not what I’ve asked for and it looks bad, I’ve paid money and I’m very disappointed. They were polite and offered to come back, which I didn’t want, I want to go one full day and I made myself available for full day as it takes time, I know. But I’m not free to come every day to them to fix their mistakes. I’ve had and event next day, so I was very upset and there was no option but to come back. My concern was that they will bleach my hair again and damage as it was just bleached 2 days ago. They said no, will be only washing with strong shampoo. When I came, the hairdresser put on bleaching products, very smelly, burning on my skin. Afterward result was some orange color, obviously if you was brown it will be orange… Additionally...

I’ve been to the salon for hair touch color and the result is exactly as I expected. The hair master did really a great job! Highly recommended ✨
