With a maximum of 8 participants per class, our instructors ensure individual attention and support for all fitness levels. Our highly trained staff is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner. Join us to improve your strength, posture, and flexibility in a positive and encouraging atmosphere. We are open seven days a week, with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule.

I love that the studio is clean, and has floor to ceiling windows that allow plenty of daylight. The class is also not crowded, only 8 people max per class. The instructors are all nice and welcoming. They're considerate towards new joiners so I feel welcomed. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. 😊

I’ve been to a few Pilates studios before, but this one truly stands out. The studio is incredibly spacious, which makes a big difference — no bumping elbows here! The layout gives a calm, airy feel that really enhances the whole experience. The instructor was knowledgeable and attentive, offering great cues and modifications for all levels. The class was well-paced, challenging but accessible, and I left feeling stronger and more centered. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for quality instruction in a clean, comfortable, and roomy environment!

My Core studio is an absolute gem! The space is clean, welcoming, and fully equipped. The instructors are outstanding, professional, supportive, and truly passionate. All instructors brings great energy, are incredibly attentive, and offer calm, motivating guidance. There are classes for all levels, and I’ve seen real improvements in my strength, posture, and flexibility. Highly recommended for anyone looking to feel stronger and more balanced in a positive, encouraging environment!

Cannot recommend this studio more & already recommended to many friends/colleagues for the prenatal classes! I did not try reformer before so was worried to try the prenatal classes but the instructor Van makes sure he fully understands your concerns and attends to each and every student to make sure you do everything correctly! The studio has a great vibe as well and everyone there are so friendly!
