Sahera and Tashi in Burjuman branch were very accommodating and super nice to use. Very nice service. We bought two cabin bags and got really good discounts. The quality of their bags are also amazing and good value for money!

Had great experience. I really like the quality of the bags. But what I like is the customer service I received from Sanjay. He knows really well what are the products he is selling to, doesn't get tired to explain all difference in each designs, to think that the product doesn't cost that much, so you know he is not doing it just for money. Even thou I didn't bought it on my first visit, I came back because of the customer service I received. I like to thank both Sanjay and Osama for accommodating me even I came to the store almost after mall hours. Kudos!! 🤙
