I have contacted this company to make a dress for me and after 2 weeks they never replied. I called numerous times and they did not call back. When they finally picked up I told that it has been 2 weeks and received a reply: we forgot about you. I told them that they are very rude and they never apologized to me, instead they started talking even ruder after I told them I will write a review. I think this type of customer service is not acceptable.

Very great experience, the people from Mnz ladies Tailoring were amazing through the entire process. The dress that they made for me was exactly the way I wanted it to be and for sure I will come only for them for future events. Highly recommend!!!!
