It was a great experience. I really like my hairstyle — Elyan (I hope I got the name right) is not only a very professional hair stylist but also a genuinely kind person. Even after he had finished, I asked him to add more highlights, and he did it with a big smile and a great attitude. I’m truly happy with the result and will definitely come back. I highly recommend the salon — all the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

I had a fantastic experience at this salon! The wax treatment was exceptional and truly long-lasting compared to other places I've tried. Their pedicure service is absolutely the best - my feet have never looked or felt better. What really makes this place special is the staff - Ate Dolly was friendly, gentle, and great at what she does. She made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality salon services with a wonderful atmosphere!

Thank you so much Joy! I had a mani pedi appointment and the waiting time took an hour longer than expected. I had previously asked how much a hair wash & braids would be so Joy offered to do that while I was waiting. The braids turned out so cute. The girls did an amazing job with my nails too.

All the services are good accept one service provide by the lady called Henna. I got my eyebrows done and i gave her very strict instructions that please don’t make my eyebrows thin , just remove the extra. She did exactly the opposite. Her service is pathetic . She just did not listened to me at all. She made my eyebrows so thin that my whole look is changed in a bad way. I took months to grow it and within 10 minutes, she just ruined my face. When I told her this, she did not accept it and then she mentioned ok I will learn from my mistake. I recommend her to give her proper training. She shouldn’t be practicing on customer.

If you don't want to waste your money or make an irreversible mistake, beware of this place! I went to Mirror - Dubai Marina Branch 28th March for a hair coloring, hair cut and hair treatment. I showed the hairstyle I wanted and explained multiple times that I wanted a length that wouldn't fly away easily, with some layers. To my shock, the stylist used a razor to cut my hair short and straight. I didn't say anything at first because I assumed he would add layers after the razor cut or after the hair treatment but nothing happen. I brought up my concerns with the stylist who finished the treatment, and also informed the receptionist. They told me, this could be done when I returned after washing my hair. I went back 2 days after for washing my hair and again, informed the receptionist on duty on that day, but my concerns were completely ignored. Nothing happened - no explanation, no update.
