Very bad Experience from the hotel Management. I booked room from the agoda application and received confirmation mail and got a booking ID as well also they deduct amount form the account . Once I reach the hotel they are saying they don’t have room available now. Very bad experience I will not suggest this hotel also Agoda online booking Application as well . Thanks
