Mercure Gold Hotel Al Mina Road Dubai

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Gold Hotel. I’d like to sincerely thank Mr. Adel at the reception — his professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude truly made a difference. He welcomed us warmly and assisted us throughout the stay with great hospitality. Also, the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. Everything was tidy, fresh, and well-maintained, which added to the comfort of the stay. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return again.

I had a good stay at Mercure Gold Hotel. The location is perfect — close to the city’s key attractions and very convenient for getting around. The stay was comfortable and definitely good value for the money. Just a small note: some areas could use a bit of improvement in terms of cleanliness and service response time, but overall, a solid choice for a budget-friendly and centrally located hotel.

I spent 4 nice nights here. Everything was good for me. The room is clean and every day the staff clean up for you and make everything tidy. But if you can offer the instant slippers & toothbrushes, it will be better. The service all good. From reception table to daily cleaning, I felt comfortable these days. The location is a little far away from downtown but the public transportation is just in front of the hotel. And it’s very convenient to buy something in the nearby supermarkets.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. The reception staff were very welcoming and made check-in and check-out quick and easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a very bad experience with the breakfast at this hotel. Despite the high cost, the quality was extremely poor. Nothing tasted fresh — almost everything felt like it was from the previous day. Even the fruits had a foul smell, which is completely unacceptable for any standard of hospitality. There was no variety, no flavor, and absolutely no attention to freshness or presentation. I genuinely felt unwell after eating. It’s really disappointing to start the day with such a terrible meal, especially when you’re paying a premium price. I do not recommend having breakfast here. Definitely not worth it.
