This branch only deals with Corporate Customers / Buisness Accounts. Staff was polite. Manager was also helpful and guided properly. This branch is not for Personal Accounts and you cant unfreeze / activate any dormant account from here.

There was no option for a zero star. Such a bull shit customer care. I am calling from my registered roaming sim and the service agent says that “your number is not recognisable because of 0092” at the start though I was calling from the same registered number with the bank. The moment you get trapped with any problem with Pakistan Banks and other departments, you are doomed.

I was using MCB since 8 years but alhumdulillah all the time their customer services center are Zeroo cooperative ,when ever i call from abroad for some issue they are telling all the way other story ..better transfer all call centers to nepal,India atleast they are professional and

Wrost services at all, during my vacation in pakistan I visited this bank to recieve my money and upon exceptional services promise from one of the bank representative I decided to open a RDA in MCB hattar branch. But my doubt was right after open my account I tried through multiple sources (Email, whatsapp and calls) but no use of all the above communications. No proper and timely assistance from the bank representatives. I am still waiting to recieve a call from bank to update my primary contact number. Which initially was wrong updated on my bank profile by the bank representative.

one of the cheepest Bank of Pakistan we are sending money from abroad our loves didn't get on time when somone go for asking they said only it's not came what kind of this bank I think bank owner need to close our this useless shp
