Max is my go-to store for affordable and good-quality clothing. I regularly shop here for my daily wear, and I especially love their nightwear, it's super soft and comfortable. The prices are reasonable, and I’ve always had a good experience.

I waited at the counter for 15 minutes, searching for the staff around the store, but I couldn’t find anyone except the security guard. When one of the staff members finally showed up, he was very rude to me, as if I was bothering him by coming to the store 😅. Three days ago, I visited Max at Dubai Hills Mall, and the staff there were amazing—helpful and very friendly. However, the experience at Silicon Oasis was horrible. I have an order to collect, but I don’t even want to pick it up from there.

Plenty of options Reasonably priced Always look for offers during Eid, X-mas and back to school. Overall variety and prices are decent and pocket friendly.

Dear owner . My 4 th visit to your showroom . Please this is a very important feedback and something must be done about it . There are slot if reviews I see below and it’s all about the behavior and attitude of the staff. We entered your shop at 11:40pm . We entered as the shutters were not rolling down . It was a quick purchase in and out . You have alot of Nepali staff , and I must say they language n tone is really not up to the standard . In Dubai everyone polite and spoken to well . You learn to treat people with respect and kindness . Dubai is very different compared to any city in the world . And thts such a nice feeling of being well treated . Your security staff a Nepali lady she was on the night shift on 17 of May it was a Saturday she behaved very very badly . In the women’s changing room . She was shouting in Hindi . N telling my daughter don’t you have common sense , can’t you see the time , this is the time you walk in . If the shop has to close , the shutters must roll half way down to remind people that’s its closing time . And one staff or security should do a round up in the shop politely ushing clients or reminding them you are closing . I too work in retail and we never behave like this . In Dubai you learn to be a better finer person . The staff of your shop really has to go through training of customer service of being polite . The above post is a new one added 18.5.2025. The below post was some time back . I visited your shop for the 3rd time . Your shop is under staffed. The cashier's are the same people going on the floor helping clients . I see cleaners helping to settle the store / same time busy on his phone . Lots n lots of merchandise thrown everywhere .
