I’ve printed here multiple times before and everything was always fine — until now. I came in for a simple A6 flyer print, but the machine was malfunctioning. Half of the page came out yellow, the other half printed normally. Because of this defect, I had to print three A4 pages instead of two. Still, the staff showed no interest in the issue and charged me the full amount, despite the printer clearly being broken. On top of that, most paper types weren’t available — only one limited paper thickness. Black ink didn’t even print correctly: instead of black, it came out green. Completely unacceptable. It’s a shame to see this kind of careless attitude. I used to be a regular customer, but with this kind of service, you’ve lost me.
