Visited the store today to purchase an item I was told was in stock. The woman at the door,(blonde short woman) was extremely rude dismissive. I think she forgot she is the shop assistant and I am the customer. I WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN. better to buy online or in a much nicer Marella store. I think she thought she was far greater than she was!

Recently I visited marella outlet mall , it was one Arabic her name is Aoutef she assisted me she is very professional and very helpful to make mix and match for me and she has very good knowledge about her products . Thank you so much I appreciate that .

The star only for the review purposes. Rude customer service. There were two customers (myself and another lady). The Arabic lady(one of the store staff members) greeted a customer and ignored me literally. I smiled at her and she replied with an unfriendly emotionless face (as if what are you doing here). Will never come back to this store again!! Please choose your staff wisely, especially those who directly deal with customers.

Very good staff, friendly & professional Recently bought things for my family, they have nice quality of collection. Sales staff will always suggest & show you extra collection's which is not on display, Must visit & have a happy experience.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️‼️‼️I was served by the manager, she was not helpful, very arrogant and I didn't like the tone at all Such people do not deserve to work in such a position‼️‼️‼️‼️
