Great taste could have eaten the entire fragola / strawberry cheesecake ice-cream. Thanks for the hospitality Beatrice,lyn and hein,thanks for the extra scoops for tasting.

Mammamia Gelato Italiano is very closed to be the authentic Italian Gelato, it is really good and tasty; however, I would give a constructive recommendation to management. Please, try to prepare the ice creams using lesser sugar. In my opinion, they are a little bit sweet. Excellent variety of flavors, place very clean and service it is very good. Products are somehow overpriced, but I think it is the price we must pay to be in The Dubai Mall. Overall, the place is highly recommended. Definitely, we will come back to enjoy Amarena ice cream, it is delicious.

Super rude staff. Puero specifically. I had requested 3 spoons as I was in a hurry when he declined stating that it’s against his company policy to give a spare spoon. You guys don’t decline while taking money and charging unnecessarily for a portion that would only feed a bird.

Manama was n food hall Dubai mall - 4 of us went tried a couple of flavours and they said only 3 tried but we shared the bites of all the flavours instead of buying 4 thanks to their attitude we got only one ! No icecream parlour has ever said this to us ! Disgraceful
