Dhl process very deceptive... customer service person in dhl office is deceptive n totals misleading..me regarding whole fees...till my parcle not recieve to reciepent n they asking additional fees to pay for parcle....I already payed in dubai...for small parcle I payed AUD 275 n they asking same amount to reciepent to pay then only parcle will deliver...dubai dhl man not tell us any thing...he is phillipine man...am soo upset....big mistake....
