Mad Kicks Bluewaters Island

Nice place. I went there and was excited to find Labubu figures. They have a good range available. They also have a great selection of Jordans. It's definitely worth checking out if you're into sneakers. They also have a fun spin and win game we really enjoyed playing it.

The shop is well stocked, great variety. Too bad the guest experience is deeply affected by the lack of interest and rudeness shown by one of the staff members. I just wanted to know what material was a t-shirt made out of, a simple request that could have easily been handled by a staff that cared a little. I expect more than simple indifference from a brand that charges thousands for a pair of shoes.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Mad Kicks. The staff especially a salesperson named “ Nazım “ was disrespectful, arrogant, and showed a prejudiced attitude. They clearly don’t know how to speak to a customer. I’m not his brother, I’m not his friend ! I’m a customer, and I have my rights. I visited yesterday regarding an issue with the shoes, but they refused to help without even checking the item, looking at me, or listening to my explanation. I came back again today with the shoes on the last day possible for an exchange and once again, they refused to help. The shoes are unused, and there was no valid reason given. The attitude was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of basic customer respect. I expected better from a brand like this. It’s not about the money or the shoes it’s about principle. I’m definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting decent service.
