Shop itself lovely, with various kids' clothes. But staff doesn't inform customers that there is no refund, even cash payments. Lady named Rima is helpless and unprofessionally talking about her own shopping experience. Guy named Ahmed more polite and solution oriented. Thanks

I bought kenzo brand kids shoes from your dubai store. I only used them for a month. The threads were ripped, the adhesives were worn. The edges look very bad. How did such a brand become like this in 1 month. When I returned from my country for summer vacation, I brought it to your store immediately. but the store manager did not help, he said that he would not change with a disinterested attitude. I explained the importance of the situation. sent an email but they did not accept it. invoice, box, bag, shoes, everything is available. I will complain to all necessary places. Did I get this much money to use the shoes for 1 month? please help meEDITTTTTT: they contacted me and my grievance was resolved.
