Honestly I really enjoyed being enrolled in the CFA Level 3 prep course. From well regarded and skilled tutors to the amazing admin staff such as Nandini and Arya who are always ready to support and promptly respond to any inquiry or request. The journey was quite incentivizing and smooth. They send out the clear schedule, make sure to upload directly the recorded classes and create a WhatsApp group where you can ask and get inspired or aware of any question or course topic being discussed. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend all classes in person due to a surgery I had to undergo as well as a busy schedule at work, plus I had to defer my exam scheduled in Beirut due to the escalated war tension. Yet, they were considerate enough to give me access to the recorded material for the next exam seating which showcase that this dear institution and its staff does not deal with students on just a transactional level, but do offer a compassionate, compelling, and trustful customer experience. Thanks again for the amazing team and Kaplan ME family! Keep up the great work!
