Honestly, I was very impressed with their customer service. I purchased a ready-made saree last week, but unfortunately, it arrived with pen-marked measurements. I informed the team, and they were very apologetic and responsive. They assured me that I could exchange it for another saree of the same material. I selected a new one, and today, the manager himself personally came to deliver the replacement and collect the previous one. The exchange was smooth and handled with great care. Truly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction!
