While I want to start by acknowledging that Ren, the boutique staff member I dealt with, was polite and professional throughout — the overall experience at Jaeger-LeCoultre in Dubai has been deeply disappointing and not reflective of the standards one expects from a maison of this caliber. I brought in my watch on time, with my family and daughter present to make the moment memorable, and followed the official 10-day wait period. Despite this, the experience ended with no result — and no meaningful communication or resolution. For a brand as prestigious and established as JLC, especially in a city like Dubai where service excellence is the norm, this is simply unacceptable. What makes this worse is that the London UK boutique has never let me down — the contrast in service quality is stark. Unfortunately, this has led me to the decision that I will not be making any further purchases from JLC, particularly in Dubai. There are many other high-end watch brands that value their clients’ time, loyalty, and expectations. Thank you again to Ren for trying his best. This isn’t about the people — it’s about the system and the poor service framework behind the name. A disappointing experience, especially coming from a brand that prides itself on precision and heritage.

I had a fantastic experience with Sabrina while shopping for a Jaeger-LeCoultre timepiece. She was incredibly thorough, patient, and kind walking me through all the available models and explaining each one in detail. What really stood out was how beautifully she represented the brand. I visited the Dubai Mall JLC boutique yesterday and Ren was an absolute star. Aside from the watch I was interested in, we really enjoyed the journey Ren took us through to look at the different models and complications. He is clearly incredibly passionate about JLC and I had a great (extended) time talking about our shared passion with him. Looking forward to heading back there for my next purchase

A beautiful organized event and exhibition and the staff's treatment is very classy

I walked in to get a hole punched on my JLC watch strap which I got from somewhere else. Somehow, the strap got slightly damaged while getting the job done. The manager ar the store, Mr Hassen immediately got me a brand new strap right for my wrist size (which did not need punching hole). Great service from Mr Hassen. Another reason for being a fan of the brand!
