Great selection of owned watches and good customer service. Looking elsewhere on the market later, I did pay a bit more for my watch than it was priced elsewhere. However the after-sales service is good, one time I thought I had an issue with my watch and took it back and even though it was after the 1 year guarantee they took it into their service center to take a look. Turns out it was fine and the check was free of charge.

This place have the best service and staff i meet at a watch/jewlery store. I have tattoo and mabye not look like many. This people never judge me. They gave me the best service ever! And i got to buy a new good watch and delivery on my old watch. I Will never go another shop if i Dubai and need this service! I am lost for words how good they where. Respect! And they have very Nice everything you need. My best for this shop and staff❤️ here you find all you need and more. I speak from my heart ❤️ i wish ny english better so i could tell all people how really good this shop and staff are to you as customer, i am Norwegian. And we never have one shop like this in Norway with same staff! IT not matter if you buy a watch for 1500 AED or 50.000AED this staff Will treat you like you need to REALLY feel good.
