I would like to share my extremely disappointing experience while attempting to open an NRO account with your bank. I was connected with a representative named Shruthi, who unfortunately demonstrated a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. She did not respond to calls or messages, and despite submitting all required documents, there was no update or progress for over two weeks. The documents just sat without any action or communication from her side. It’s very frustrating to face such negligence, especially when timely service and communication are expected. I had to follow up multiple times without any proper response. Based on this experience, I believe it's better to open an account with another bank where the Relationship Manager is more proactive and attentive. This has been the worst RM experience I’ve encountered so far, and I hope ICICI Bank seriously looks into improving its customer support and accountability.

Last month i did some transactions through icici bank Dubai.opened Nri and Nro account. Extremely happy about the service of Relationship manager Ms Sruthy.very professional and supportive.

Superb experience till date. Especially Sajith at the branch has been a thorough professional, extremely knowledgeable, always very helpful and very customer centric at every step of the way throughout my home loan application process and even after. Even his colleague - Gagan in India has been highly professional and always ready to address all of customer's concerns.

I have opened NRE & NRO accounts from this branch three years back. Got good response from the staffs, I didn't faced any issues. Recently I reached for KYC update, found change in time during Ramadan month (9 am to 2 pm). Attached images for Ramadan month and other month's bank timings.
