I used HQTS fpr the factory audit, pre production inspection as well thr in process inspection for my manufacturing partner in China. I also intend to use their servces for the pre shipment checks. HQTS were very responsive and dealt with the entire process very efficiently and professionally from the outset. Their communication skills are great and really take the uncertainty and guesswork away from any language barriers. Their reports were also really comprehensive and helped address the issues that needed to be addressed. The factory that was being audited were also thankful because the detailed report enabled them to keep on top of quality! . They are also trendois value for money. The daily rate is well worth it. I would highly recommend HQTS to anyone that is looking for a quality assurance partner in China.
