28/01/2025 I submitted my car here and the Manager and staff was so friendly and they care customer. Regarding the service to the car I will be updating after work. Update: 29/01/2025 The team did a great work. Each steps has been communicated with me proactively and completed the work as promised in time. Awesome interiors and outdoor seatings and very clean garage.

I went to Hot Pistonz Garage for repairing my due to a vibration issue.A man named HARISH and the main BOSS of the garage informed me that the problem was due to faulty engine and gear mountings and recommended changing all of them. I agreed based on their quotation of AED 2700, but they took AED 2500 from me for the work. However, the vibration issue remained even after the repairs. (Apart from that, they charged me up to 15,000 dirhams by saying there were many problems.) When I returned, they then suggested that the gear needed to be changed to resolve the problem. I also had an issue with the 4x4 shaft, which I clearly mentioned and requested to be fixed. They claimed they had fixed it. However, today when I had another issue checked by a different garage, I was shocked to find that the 4x4 shaft was completely missing. This means the vehicle was returned to me without the part, and I only found out after one month. After confronting the garage today, they gave me a shaft and said they would meet me at 9 PM to resolve the issue. But no one has contacted or shown up since then. This is a case of misleading, poor service and cheating, I posted this message review so that no one gets scammed.

I did oil change of my Mercedes and repair work for my car. One of the best garage in DIP. I would recommend this garage to visit for german and American car repair and service. Well trained mechanic.

I am somehow surprised with all the positive reviews on this shop! My experience was really poor with them. They are responsive but integrity is questionable. I had some vibrations when my Honda CRV shifts gear, they hardly did any trouble shooting and randomly requested I replace a few items .., they won’t even care to change one thing at a time . Long story short, car came back with exact same issues. Now the integrity part : I asked them to bring the car back once they finished , they found excuses to delay the car return … when I insisted on having it back that same evening as agreed, I got it back to find the fuel tank 2/3 Empty , I dropped it at the shop a couple days earlier with a full tank . When I remarked , they said they took it for a test drive !!!! Finally; today they called me - 2 weeks after repair- questioning if I paid their bill and asking for my card transaction copy!!!! I paid at the shop and they can’t even keep track of their receipts, instead ask their customers for a proof of pay!! That last thing got me to write this review after all.

I have been using their service for the past 4 years and I’m always welcomed by the owner Shawn with a smile and good conversation. Their team is very capable to handle any type of car , I have serviced my Dodge SRT multiple times with them. Special thanks to Harry the manager and Zubair from the service team.
