One of the worst experience to have to deal with HBL and Dubai their updates are never correct you call their call centre they give you some another information you check online. You find some other information which just cost the customer very confused which one to believe even in the Ramadan timing, nothing is clear. I find very upset the way they have their customer service and place and even after requesting all the manager management in the branch, nothing change. Getting worse by worst day by day HBL service in Dubai

Most inefficeint staff especially Raza Safavi. It's been more than a month I have been trying to activate my dad's account but due to their lack of skills and support nothing has been done so far. I have called many times from Pakistan to different people but everyone is laid back and absolutely no courtesy to call back. Anyone wanting to loose their sanity, time and money should open an account at this branch. Really disappointed with the ineffable lousiness of the staff.

poor bank poor customer service called so many time for my biometric account verification but they are saying they are not responsible for the NRP account if you are not why you people opening NRP accounts ? and they need Deceleration form and i send it along all documents and never ever reply to your email now its 3 months and still nobody reply you useless bank and useless staff.
