We had a great experience visiting the custom kitchen showroom and speaking with Chiara P. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the start, taking the time to show us around and walk us through the different product lines. Chiara was clearly knowledgeable and gave us helpful, honest advice without ever being pushy. She explained everything clearly, was transparent about pricing, and made sure we had all the information we needed to start thinking about our options. Even though we were just exploring ideas on this first visit, Chiara made the visit really enjoyable and informative. Excellent experience with Hacker from start to finish. Our kitchen designer Mahsa worked within our budget to realise our project, offering suggestions where needed and alternatives if required, whilst adding a couple of design features to add to the overall finished project. The installation team were fabulous; efficient, tidy and polite. Highly recommend Hacker and would not hesitate to use them for future projects.
