The gym is well-maintained and kept very clean — big thanks to the housekeeping team for their efforts. The prayer room is also available, which is appreciated. However, the walls are open to the gym area, and the music can be quite disturbing during prayers. It would be highly recommended to seal or enclose the prayer room area to ensure a quieter and more respectful environment. Otherwise, everything else is great.

I signed up for a one-year membership at GymNation Bur Dubai. During the initial one-on-one discussions, the staff were very pleasant. However, after payment, the experience changed significantly. I was promised a free first session, which was never provided. For newcomers, it's important to note that there is no floor trainer available—if you need help using the equipment, the trainers do not assist. The ladies’ section is often overcrowded, and unfortunately, the female trainers are not approachable. They rarely smile, often appear disengaged, and their demeanor can feel judgmental, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, I found the environment to be unwelcoming and discouraging. IT'S A TOXIC PLACE.
