As a first-time gym-goer, this is a very good experience! The 24/7 access is perfect for my schedule, and the crowd here is good. What stands out the most are the trainers, who are always around to guide and push you toward your goals. Came across this gym in Barsha 1 & the rates are very good!! You get personal training & a meal plan!! If you join ask for Sultan - one of the best personal trainers the gym has!
