Gentle Monster Dubai Mall

Couldn't help but notice this amazing new store at Dubai Mall. The Installation was mind blowing and that certainly made us stop and check the store out. The Collection was simple amazing. It is a South Korean based store, so as you expect the collections are really Stylish, Trendy and amazing. The store itself looks great. The Prices are great too, its in the range of AED 600-1100. Which I thought is pretty decent for the quality and style they provide. So they have prescription frames, But they don't do the lenses. You could buy the frame and put the lens elsewhere. The service was great too, all the staff were very polite and happy to help.

Please teach your sales representative to never raise her eyebrows on her customers. I caught the one assisting us, the asian Chinese looking lady raising her eyebrows just because I asked if there is an on going promotion. She can tell it nicely without showing the subtitle on her face. Ee purchase sunnies, we can afford. Next time do better.

This is a very hot brand from South Korea. Many Korea celebrities wear it. All the gentle monster boutique shops have some unique deco and so is this one.. Lot of sunglasses and eye glasses on display here. Staffs are helpful.

Regular customer here . We love their glass , well fit for Asian face and well made. Customer service is not always consistent. One day you will have super nice and friendly SA to assist you with , one day you will be meet with a rude / arrogant Sales Person who ignore you and treat you as if you are there to waste their time. We keep coming back only because of the product

such a stunning store to visit with relaxing ambience design and displays specially on having accommodating staffs like Ms.Azhar on providing one of the best customer service when I visited Dubai Mall branch for the adjustment of my GENTLE MONSTER “BY” 👏🏼☝🏻
