I recently had a disappointing experience with Galeries Lafayette Dubai. After purchasing several items that were found to be damaged, the staff initially assured us that we would receive an additional discount due to the condition of the goods. However, after waiting for an hour, we were informed that management had not approved the discount, which was quite frustrating. We then inquired if the items could be repaired, but the staff told us that fixing them was not possible. Later, a manager called to tell us that the damages had been addressed. When we asked for proof, the employee sent us the same picture of the damaged items, which clearly had not been repaired. In the end, we agreed to have the items delivered with the hope that their condition would be acceptable upon arrival. Delivery was scheduled between 10 AM and 3 PM, but the items arrived much later, causing me to take an unnecessary day off work. Overall, this experience has left me very disappointed with the level of service and communication at Galeries Lafayette Dubai. I hope they will work on improving their processes for future customers.

A store like a museum. A place where you can see the most limited production products of the world's most elite brands. There are many specially designed products. It may be a nice shopping place for the ultra-rich, but for normal people, I think it's like a museum. The staff is extremely professional and never try to sell you something.
