I had wonderful experience, The breakfast was outstanding everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. The staff from reception to the housekeeping team were all extremely polite, welcoming and attentive. The entire place is well organized and spotless with spacious facilities that offer great comfort. I also appreciated how convenient the location is. it’s easily accessible by public transportation. Highly recommended and U would definitely come back again.

Breakfast was absolutely excellent very well organized, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.The food was not only tasty but also fresh and beautifully presented. All members from management down to the cleaners was incredibly professional and accommodating. The entire team clearly takes pride in delivering excellent service, and it shows in every detail from the warm hospitality to the cleanliness and organization throughout the facility . The facilities are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location is conveniently located and easy to reach using public transport.Overall, it was a great experience that exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.

I had an amazing stay at Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel Apartments! The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for both short and long stays. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Deira City Centre Mall and the Metro, and only a 10-minute drive from the airport. The staff truly made the experience exceptional—especially at the front desk. They were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive throughout my stay. Great dining options are available on-site, and the hotel is very family-friendly with plenty of space for kids. I would definitely recommend Flora Creek to anyone visiting Dubai. It’s a great mix of comfort, convenience, and excellent service!

From the moment we walked in, we were met with kindness, comfort, and the warmest hospitality. I want to especially thank Abu, the gentleman at the door. He was incredibly polite, respectful, and genuinely kind—always smiling and treating every guest like family. His presence made us feel safe, welcomed, and cared for every single day. Another standout was the short white Asian girl in the breakfast section, always wearing bright red lipstick and carrying the most radiant smile. She was sweet, attentive, and made every morning feel like home. Her kindness and calm energy added a special touch to our stay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and cozy. The location was super convenient, making it easy to explore all the iconic spots in Dubai. One small suggestion that would make this hotel even more perfect: please consider offering dinner options, even if it means adding a small charge. After long days out exploring, it would’ve been so comforting to come back and enjoy a warm meal right at the hotel. I genuinely believe it would complete the already amazing experience Flora Creek offers.
