The best gym so far in International City. Chesca is very friendly and approachable, bonus that she’s beautiful. The trainers are always there to help you. The gym is quite big and has all equipments you needed to workout. Recommended.

I’ve been a member of this gym for the past 4 months, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best and most caring fitness centers in the entire International City area. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the receptionist, whose calm demeanor, friendly attitude, and beautiful nature immediately make you feel welcome and at ease. She truly adds a personal and warm touch to the entire gym experience. The gym is also blessed with three outstanding permanent trainers – Farhan, Hamad, and Ali – who are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. Each of them brings their unique expertise and motivation style, helping members reach their fitness goals efficiently and safely. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, they give attention to every detail and genuinely care about your progress. The atmosphere, staff, and level of care here are truly top-notch. It is one of the best gyms in the International city. Trainers are friendly and very assistive. One request for the gym management: Kindly open the gym exactly at 5 am or before.
