First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) - Bur Dubai Branch

One of the worst customer service experiences in the country. Their phone banking service is absolutely unacceptable. The waiting time to connect with a representative is a minimum of 45 minutes, despite the system falsely stating 20 minutes. On top of that, you need to wait another 20 minutes just for someone to finally answer. The service is so poor and frustrating that it leaves you completely discouraged from even trying to contact them.

Mae Palma a customer services manager was instrumental in my property transaction going smoothly after the bank made an error in the liability letter. She got it rectified and printed really fast. Really supportive and efficient. Couldn’t have done it without her

The worst service and worst treatment I have ever experienced, especially from the Egyptian person Tariq. I did a transaction to transfer an amount from my account to another account, and the amount has not been transferred since August 1st until today, August 14th, and until now the money has not been returned. When I go there, this Tariq tells me why do you come every day? He gave me his phone number and told me to call him, and when I called, he did not answer and they close at 3, and he told me to call him after 3:00. The worst customer service from this Tariq and the worst service I have ever been exposed to. I mean, 14 days they could not return my money or complete the transaction. The worst service.

Mae Palma is a brilliant banker, She knows what she is doing. She is kind and professional and knows how FAB works! Unlike other staff members at Bur Dubai branch who have no idea what they are doing. Mae helped me sorted the mess out with my account after it was caused by one of her Colleagues
