One of the worst ever company . This is, without a doubt, one of the worst ever companies I have ever encountered. The level of unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and utter disregard for customer satisfaction is astonishing. Every day a 'I will get back to you' and nothing. Cant be bothered anbout they well-being of others. Mr Ammar the project manager clearly does not want to be there. The days he does show up, hes on his phone while his team sits around unsupervised updating their Facebook profiles I assume. Always an excuse for everything, problem problems problems, no solutions. As soon as a bigger fish reaches out to them, they drop you dead in the dirt and attend to other companies. Day they Actually started, they had all the wrong measurements and wasted more time and cost us more money, but not their concern. Pleaded and explained the losses we are enduring and families that are being affected, but could not be bothered, like water of a ducks back. And this the same company I need to trust to ensure the ACTUAL fire safety is in tact and my guests and teams are safe and protected in case of emergency? Trust this company with lives of others?
