Emirates Post - Al Ramool Post Office

Very unpleasant expereince. First time I had a abusive agent at my doorstep in all these years of my stay in Dubai . I ordered something from ebay. Seller shipped the item on time. However Emirates post hold it for long time without even updating me the actual status. After waiting for long time I requested ebay to refund and it was processed as per rules. Then all of a sudden this sleeping Emirates post woke up and sent me a message on Whatsapp that the order is ready for collection. Why would I accept after getting refund? Then I replied politely thru mail that I can't accept it anymore as I have received the refund. The parcel should go back to shipper.However on Sunday they sent one of their abusive delivery agent to my doorstep without any msg. When I told him I can't accept he started shouting infront of my family. Legally you have no right to abuse me or my family. If your agent returns again I will take legal action against that agent for sure including report him to MoHre. No one is above law in UAE. Never ever use Emirates post again. I have used other sites like Amazon, noon, AliExpress(imile) several times in UAE. They are quick in delivery, never shout at customer even when returning something for genuine reason, and also update everything on their website including item arrival, customs process etc. Learn something good from them rather than abusing the customer. Teach some good manners to your agent. Definietly not expected from UAEs oldest organisation to have such unprofessional and abusive staff for delievery. Because of your slow and bad delivery you have caused loss for both seller and buyer. Instead of apologizing you are shouting at customer. Such a shame.

Every time my shipment arrives to your Ramool branch you said i can collect it next week, why this late? Every time closed and holidays. Open 24 hours or until midnight like other companies.

I visited Empost Branch at Umm Ramool for getting an IDP. Ms. Bushra was prompt and courteous, very good service and we managed to get IDP timely.

Most confusing place ever! Need to go inside where they load/unload trucks. Then you'll find a small notice to go to first floor. Opens till 8 pm. Therefore go after school hours . Because lot of traffic in that area and not enough parking are available. Take a number and wait for your turn to come. Emirates ID is a must. you will not get your parcel unless otherwise you will be able to prove your ID. Friendly staff. Convenient service. It just took 10 minutes to get my parcel.

I had a great experience with them. Needed some documents urgently. They not only tracked my parcel but also sent me location to get it urgently without any extra charges.
