Sumaya and Kat at Al Mankhool branch is excellent. I visited the branch with issue and it was resolved within 5 minutes. Very welcoming and nice ladies with excellent customer service skills.

Mr Jiju supported my request and I got the approval for my debit card for which I was asking for 3 years. He fixed the issue and it was done immediately. Thank you Mr Jiju. It is a blessing to have employees like you in a bank where customers need support.
