Emirates NBD - Al Fahidi Branch

I had an excellent experience with the bank, especially thanks to Mr. Faizal, He was extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and professional throughout the process. His guidance made everything smooth and clear, and he went above and beyond to ensure all my concerns were addressed.

Great service by the staff Najma and the support staff Ahlam. Awesome bank service I felt for the last 3 years till now. No issues or complain till now.

Due to not having any transaction, My Emirates NBD account was freezed for more than a year. I went to Al Fahidi branch for assistance & I meet there one very helpful & co-operative Pakistan lady named Jajma. She was very friendly with me regarding my account updating in entire process. When you want customer care service in Al Fahidi branch the first name comes in my mind is Najma. Why Najma? Her customer caring style is amazing and its another level. How she handle customers? She completely understands customers problems & guide them with a polite & courteous way that we customer feel as we are the staff of Emirates NBD. What makes her different comparing to another lady working together with her? Najma communicate with customer with smily face, respectable way & most importantly she make sure that customer are relax, comfortable & happy even if they have to wait (I had experienced but I was happy to get service from here) but another lady is very quiet, straightforward & tell (provides idea) customer to do their problem to be solved by themselves instead going with them & figuring out the work done (not all customer has knowledge & that's the reason customer service staff are hired). 3 Unique, Brilliant & Amazing Habit of "Najma" I found while I was there with my problem by which I was completely satisfied till my problem wasn't solved. 1. She welcomes & communicate the customer very polite, courteous & smiling way and makes introduction right way to make customer feel like home. 2. She makes customer feel relax, ease & friendly that if work is suppose to be delay she keeps making eye contact (which defines non ignorance) 3. She keeps on explaining what's the matter that pop-up the problem & provides brief instruction which makes customer feel calm down & understands the situation and wait for a while without screaming or shouting or in anger.
