We had a lovely experience. Nur, the trainer gave our son a wonderful time while teaching him how to control the plane. He was patient, fun and enthusiastic. Such good spirit and lovely memory for my kid. Thank you Nur

The Emirates simulator at Dubai Mall was an entertaining experience, but it left me wanting more. The lack of vibration and genuine real feel made it feel disconnected and more like a game rather than an authentic flight simulator. While the graphics and scenarios were engaging, it may not fully satisfy true simulation enthusiasts seeking an immersive experience. Overall, it offers a fun way to spend time, but improvements are needed to make it a top-notch attraction. (3 stars)

Great experience with Emirates A380! At first I thought it must be something just for kids, but visited recently for the first time to surprise my husband for his birthday, and would definitely say it’s a lot of fun for any age group! We visited on Sunday, but we booked in advance through the website. Booking system is very smooth and straight forward. We came 10 minutes earlier than our booking time and we waited maximum of 10 minutes, and we used that time to shop their promo material. We booked for 30 minutes, which I would say is perfect and more than enough! In total for that time we did 3 take-off’s and 4 landings, with different airports and weather conditions, which you can choose on the spot. The staff member from Philippines was very lovely and helpful - explaining controls and everything in advance and guiding throughout, was cheering constantly and had great attitude and mood! The simulator itself is unfortunately static, however it is still great fun, with real-life sounds! Will definitely recommend and come back again!

Very expensive for what it is. Staff is really nice and friendly. But the simulator is really basic (only controls available are joystick, throttle, gear, flaps, speedbrakes and rudder) nothing else, no buttons there is no autopilot/auto throttle, no buttons/bugs at all, no brakes, no reverse thrust, no FMC, no MCP, no flight directors… I understand its supposed to be accessible for everyone but even those very basic controls are not working properly : joystick is reaaaaally sensitive like 1cm and you are 15° degree bank angle in less than one second (A380 is a heavy plane, it shouldn’t behave like this with so little input) the flaps lever don’t have a gut, it’s hard to know what level we are at. There is no reverse trust, no brakes, so you have to brake with the speed brake (that can’t be armed btw) The graphics are a bit old, it could be much better. You start on the runway you make a loop and you have to land visual since you dont have any ILS. It’s really hard to get a good landing since the joystick is so sensitive and you have to do everything visual + managing the throttle, staff let me do a second landing so cheers to them. Overall there is a lot of potential, but as of today it is unplayable even with such basic controls. I paid 160AED for 15 minutes (≈40€/$) and i was very disappointed, i can understand it is not supposed to be complex and should be accessible for all but even in that regard it is really bad. My suggestions would be to first lower the price, then fix the joystick sensitivity, fix the flaps, add real brakes/auto break and reverse thrust, add auto-throttle/speed selector, have better graphics, add even a basic mode control panel (speed, heading, altitude) and flight director to help you navigate and be on the right descent path (working ILS would be really helpful). Autopilot would be a nice plus but for 15 minutes not really necessary Then maybe get the price up again. As of now I do NOT recommend trying it, either if you ...
