I used ELL to move from the UAE to the US (into storage for almost a year and then onward) and at every step of the process, these guys were kind and supportive. The estimate was lower than most other companies, and the packers were professional, efficient and careful. They were patient about issuing international invoices, and at the end, they fought for me with the insurance company for damages. They are the absolute best.

We have moved to Norway from Dubai, it was a headache in choosing which movers to trust who can bring all your goods without losing, breaking and safely the final destination. After meeting up with several companies, we decided to go with ELL because the person who came to check was a guy called Timothy. We find Timothy different from the rest is he really told us what could go wrong and some things are out of their control. Normally companies don't like to talk about these kind of negative stuffs but in my opinion its is important that we are prepared for everything. We decided to take the sole container as we do not like to wait, plus we highly recommend to get the insurance because you'll never know. Our container left on schedule and arrived exactly as the expected date which was super wonderful because the feeling of being in a new country, you start to miss your home and getting back your all your items in expected time was a big relief. The Norwegian movers' side came with only 2 guys which was unpleasantly surprising. They started only at 12 plus where they have already wasted half of the day. They did unpacked and assembled the major furnitures but we can tell from their faces that they were not so happy. We want to write a big Thank You to the "Basam" and team who did an amazing work on packing. The effort they put in each little item was another level and while unpacking I was sending millions of thanks to the whole team who did the packing. Bless them for their hard work and I hope all of them get some promotion soon because we now know and understand how much that means when you are moving all your items without anything broken.
