I visited the store and purchased an optical glass and sunglasses for a total amount of 2605 AED. During the purchase process, the sales team assured me that my insurance coverage would take care of the expenses for the glasses. Specifically, they mentioned that my insurance, as well as my partner's, would cover a significant portion of the cost. Which is not covered at all! it's false to gain the client and make sales with this way! I am very disappointed with Dubai Optical.

I visited the DCC branch for an eye check-up and disclaimer have been wearing lenses since then. I am prepared to transition to wearing lenses.During my eye test, the technician, Fatima, failed to recommend me not to pursue using lense. And the time i am unaware that i have meat both eyes.Upon returning to address the issue that the lens sample was different from the one I purchased, Fatima showed a lack of care and attention to the client instead she told me it will The same with sample lens and I insist to change was put on hold for two weeks to change because is out of stock, who I agreed with due to her expertise in that area. I urgently needed the lens for my studies, but after a week of use, my eyes became irritated and red. When I went back, in DCC branch fatima was unavailable, so I sought advice from an eye doctor in the hospital urgently because my eyes is pain.And doctor advice me lense not suit for me anymore because of the meat unless if i go for operation after i can wear it again.I went back to DCC requesting for refund ,When requesting a refund, Fatima argued with me, stating that she lacked expertise in that area. BIG SHOUT TO DUBAI OPTICAL, it's essential to ensure all staff are properly trained to prevent misunderstandings of the potential risks involved, but it's crucial not to have untrained staff, as they may not understand the risks involved.NOT TO SELL ONLY AND REACH THEIR TARGET!
