IT'S A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT & VERY POOR SERVICE WE HAD TODAY AMBULANCE BROUGHT US 5AM TODAY At DUBAI HospitaL FOR SEVERE STOMACH PAIN AS PER MEDIC MAYBE A FOOD POISON AND GUESS WHAT WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE HOSPITAL???THEY KEEP US HANGING WAITING & HOPING SOMEONE TO COME TO ASIST US ,NO DOCTORS AROUND US OR NURSE ASSIST US FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR WAITING IN the LOBBY WITH OTHER PATIENTS Desperately Waiting for Assistance ,WE ASK RECEPTION THEY SAID JUST WAIT!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎I HOPE THIS CONCERN GOES TO THE MANAGEMENT!!!

I had a procedure and I truly appreciate Ditty Renju (SN1) for her warm welcome and attention to detail. She was very kind and supportive during my time in Room 15 on the 12th floor. Thank you for your care and professionalism.

Shame full management and doctors behaviour 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 They just wast our 10 hr and 2500aed and nothing give no medicine no any reports and when we asked they start shouting and miss behaving
