Just got surprised today by getting my. Internet cancelled……. Here’s the story My bills are paid, ID updated…. The thing is I’ve been having slow internet for the past two months and then this week it was getting disconnected after reaching out to them by phone it says that I need restart the router and they’ll do the same from their side..,,, Shockingly today whe I called they said they cancelled my plan and the reason of that is not picking up the phone after calling for 3 times and I can assure and provide proofs that when they called I was at the hospital How Can You Cancel Without Getting Approval or notification ????

Be extremely diligent with these people. An agent copied my signature from my passport to create a contract. These are fraudulent behaviours. I was not even in Dubai, all by WhatsApp. Never send any documents or ID to them. Very bad and costly experience.

This not a regular customer service center, its very small outlet inside the Baquer super market, also the opening time mentioned is wrong.
