I did the candlelight stretching class and oh wow — it felt amazing. It was easy to follow even as a beginner, and trust me, you’ll sweat in the best way possible. The Filipino guy at reception was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Bonus: they also have free parking, which is always a plus in Dubai. Can’t wait to come back!

it is located in a very convenient location on the Marina, from the window there is a stunning view of the canal, ships sail past, after classes you can sit and drink coffee or a match. there is a shower inside, they give you a towel, friendly staff and professional trainers with 5 years of experience in all areas

There is also Reformer Pilates AND Chair Pilates and unlimited memberships available that include alllll of these classes! Most competitive pricing for everything you get/best deal in dubai AND the most lenient policy on cancelling (only 3 hours in advance for a reformer or chair class, unlike every other studio in dubai or classpass with 12 hours and only 1 hour in advance for mat classes)!
