The worst staff which I have ever encountered, they are highly, unprofessional in terms of commitments. They don't answer the calls, not even reply to the msgs and not given the correct answers. Just simply send the replied, please contact customer care. It's been already 20 days so far, they haven't refunded the deposit, especially the person Ms. Triman. They didn't collected the deposit during the time of delivery and after 2 days start follow up, sir please it's a mistake from my person, please share your card details, etc,,,, but I have refused to give and asked her to send your driver. "They don't deserve Honesty"

Great company, had a very nice experience here and they gave me a brand new vehicle. Highly recommended. I had heard negative comments before but in the last couple of years, Dollar has really improved
