When are you going to start working on the staff in the store? I am a regular customer of the Cos brand and have to go there to pick up an online order. They have the worst service of all the stores. The sellers live their own lives and do not understand what service is. Teach these strange village people to work. Just do your job.

I realize that I am not the first one to write about Snow. There are so many obvious reasons why: politeness, smile, “genuineness”, knowledge. Among many other positive qualities. But there is something in particular that supersedes the rest, for me. Her origins, Myanmar, and her journey to be in Dubai today are rare and reminded me that I am a very privileged person.
