We recently stayed at the Concorde Creek View Hotel in Bur Dubai as a family, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. As a newly opened hotel, it offers a clean, modern environment with brand-new rooms that are spacious and thoughtfully designed—ideal for families seeking comfort and convenience. Room & Comfort The new rooms are generously sized, making it easy to relax as a family without feeling cramped. Everything felt fresh—from the linens to the furnishings—and the housekeeping was consistently excellent. - Higher floors offer lovely views of the creek, which added a nice touch to our stay Overall Impression Concorde Creek View Hotel is a new, family-friendly gem in Bur Dubai. With its modern rooms, central location, and warm hospitality, it’s an excellent choice for families looking to explore the cultural heart of Dubai while enjoying a comfortable and clean stay. We’d happily return on our next visit. Swimming pool only for Kids.

Really worth the price. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Neat bathrooms and facilities. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is easily accessible and the view from room and roof top bar is nice. Breakfast provided could have been better.

I stayed at this hotel during my holiday in room 309, and it was a very bad experience. When I entered the hotel, there were two girls at the reception. One of them looked at me but didn’t greet or smile. I said I had a booking, and she just asked for my ID card with no politeness or welcome. After I gave my ID, she assigned me to room 309. The room was clean, thanks to housekeeping, but the bed was very uncomfortable. The sides were higher, and the center was very low, which gave me back pain. The window was very small, maybe because it was a partition room. The shower water pressure was extremely low, and I couldn't even take a proper shower. Overall, the receptionists were not polite, and the service was not good. I do not recommend this hotel to my friends or anyone else. This was a very bad holiday stay for me.

Thanks for sharing. Would you like help writing a review or complaint, or are you just expressing your thoughts? If you'd like to give more details—like what specifically was wrong (cleanliness, service, facilities, etc.)—I can help you phrase it clearly and professionally. The reception lady who is wearing the glass, she has not good attitude. Here’s a more professional and polite way to phrase your sentence, especially if you're writing a review or complaint:

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away! If you want your sanity destroyed, book a room at this nightmare of a hotel! Everything looks great on the surface, but once you check in, get ready for the worst experience of your life. 1. They Call You at 3:10 AM for No Reason! • I had an early morning flight, and just when I was trying to get some rest, the phone rang at 3:10 AM. • But guess what? The phone in the room doesn’t ring—only the one in the washroom does! • Imagine running to the washroom half-asleep, thinking it’s some emergency, only to hear zero apologies from the staff. 2. Key Cards That Never Work • Every single evening, after a long exhausting day, I had to drag myself back down to reception because my key card would stop working. • This wasn’t a one-time issue—it happened daily! • Staff acted like this was completely normal. Incompetence at its peak. 3. Their “Spa” is a Disguised Prostitution Hub • The masseurs here will keep pestering you for “extra services.” • If you refuse, they turn rude, abusive, and end the session immediately. • This is not a spa—it’s a shady business running inside a hotel. Disgusting! 4. Room Service is a Joke • Ordered food? Expect it after 2 hours. • Ordered morning tea? They’ll take an hour, if not more. • Staff have zero etiquette and don’t give a damn about customer service. This hotel is a trap. The only thing good about it is how it looks from the outside—once you’re inside, it’s pure misery. If you enjoy being tortured, this is the perfect place for you. Otherwise, stay far, far away!
