This has been one of the worst business experiences of my life. Commitbiz has absolutely no idea what they’re doing, especially when it comes to handling high-risk nationalities or sensitive license categories. They’ll pretend they know the process, charge you thousands of dollars, waste weeks of your time, and then leave you with nothing but excuses and losses. I was applying for a business license under a very specific activity. Instead of giving me a clear, correct path, they pushed me blindly into applications that had no chance of approval, telling me “we’ll see” or “the system might update.” The result? Rejected by authorities, no results, and no accountability. Even worse: • They applied for the wrong activity and blamed the system instead of taking responsibility. • I paid all government and processing fees, and they still found a way to deduct more for “bank charges”—which I already covered in my transfer. Total scam logic. • They told me work was “done” but when I checked the official system, everything was in draft mode. No real progress, no real effort. • And when I asked for proper explanation? Silence or vague answers. • They refused to give a proper breakdown of what they deducted and basically said “we did what we could.” It’s insulting. They’re unprepared, unprofessional, and not equipped to guide anyone through the UAE licensing process, especially if you’re not from a low-risk country. They will make you lose your time, your money, and your trust. ⚠️ BE CAREFUL before signing or paying anything with them. Once you pay, they’ll hide behind policy and disappear. They will not fight for your approval, they will not protect your interest, and they will not refund you fairly. Go work with someone else. These people will ruin your business plans before you even start.

I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, but I simply couldn’t stay silent after this experience. I won’t go into the details of pricing because honestly, that becomes irrelevant. It might be higher or lower than market averages, it doesn’t matter. What truly matters is the flawless service that’s worth every penny, the consistent follow-up, the accurate guidance, and a team that knows how to navigate bureaucracy without delay. They are true professionals, and their communication is outstanding. I never had a moment of regret during this entire process, and I’d like to sincerely thank Mr. Moses and Ms. Sagara. If you’re looking to establish a company or apply for residency, they could easily be the only address you’ll ever need.
