I’ve been attending classes at this Pilates studio for a while now, and I absolutely love it. The space is clean, calm, and welcoming — a perfect environment to focus on your body and mind. Special thanks to Renata, who is an incredible instructor. She explains everything clearly, tailors the exercises to different levels, and creates a really motivating and supportive atmosphere. Her classes are always challenging in the best way, and I leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and full of energy. I really recommend this studio, my experience was amazing. Super clear, the teacher Renata, so clear to teach, very professional and so good technique. I really enjoy the class. The place is very good located and the studio super clean, the music perfect for the class. We was a grop of 3 but so personal class. Thank you so much! I highly recommend.

I have been going for about Pilates with Reneta for 6 months and have found a remarkable change in my body. The studio has top quality equipment and Reneta is an amazing teacher with years of experience. Definitely far better than any of the other classes I have taken.

Great studio, I took Pilates mat a class with Renata and I loved it. Those mats are amazing and you will not find many of those in Dubai. Also I enjoyed the classical style of the Pilates class which is also so rare now to find in Dubai.

I am attending reformer classes and enjoying every minute of my training there. Studio is well equipped. Training with Renata is truly magical and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing classic Pilates experience.
