🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had a wonderful stay at City Seasons Hotel. The service was excellent. The housekeeping staff were very cooperative, gentle, and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during my stay. The receptionist was polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. I also appreciated the complimentary water provided daily, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

I had a very disappointing experience at City Seasons Hotel, Bur Dubai. There were several issues during my stay. First, the front desk staff lacked courtesy and professionalism. I requested an iron and a tissue box, but despite following up multiple times, they were only delivered the next day, and this happened more than once. On a positive note, the bellboy was very polite and helpful. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of its location, which is convenient with many restaurants nearby and easy access to main roads. Unfortunately, I booked the hotel for 13 days in advance and couldn’t cancel without losing money, otherwise, I would have preferred to move elsewhere. I stayed only because I had no choice.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s very affordable and in a perfect location—right beside restaurants, other hotels, and the metro station, which made getting around so easy. What I really appreciated was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Yasmin and Malaka—they really made me feel welcome. I was also pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded my room from a deluxe to a suite—such a nice gesture! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

Disappointed with the Service and Amenities – Not Up to Four-Star Standards I stayed at this hotel for just one night and, unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service or the amenities provided. I checked in late at around 9:30 PM, and the issues began right at reception. A lady at the front desk assisted with my check-in. I requested a late check-out for 2:00 PM, but she said they couldn’t accommodate that and instead offered 1:00 PM, assuring me it would be noted in the system. She also informed me that my room had been upgraded — which initially seemed like a nice gesture. However, it quickly became clear that this “upgrade” was misleading. The room was actually an extension of another room, separated only by a connecting door. I could clearly hear conversations from the adjoining room, which disrupted my rest and privacy. When I called reception to request a room change, the male staff member who answered was rude and dismissive. Rather than addressing my concern professionally, he simply said they couldn’t move me and would ask security to tell the other guest to be quiet — even though the issue was structural, not due to the other guests’ behavior. Additionally, the room’s bathroom layout was poorly designed. The toilet and shower were not separated, and there was no proper space to place toiletries while showering. For a four-star hotel, this was quite surprising and disappointing. The final issue came at check-out. Despite being assured of a 1:00 PM late check-out during check-in, I received a call at 11:40 AM asking me to vacate by 12:00 PM. When I explained the prior agreement, the receptionist firmly said that a late check-out was not possible. I ultimately checked out at 12:15 PM, but this left a very negative impression. Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. I arrived here with a smooth checked in. Upon reaching the room, I noticed that there are used tissues under the bed which I just totally ignored. What gets me exhausted is they provided a number to call for room service, called for many times but no one picked up my call and I ended up informing the front desk. The front desk guided me to call one number and still no one picks the call. This happened during our first night of stay. The next day, we have to go to work and leave the room with leftover foods and used plates and all. So I expect that it will be cleaned while we were away. After work, I have to return to hotel and found out that all the used plates are still there, I did not make it a big deal since I was tired from work. I called the front desk again and requested for amenities like shower gel and all. And clearly mentioned I need a tea. The guy forgot to bring it and said he will come back to give me. I waited for him but he never return back. During my check out, the lady in front desk asked how was my stay and asked for a review, then I told her what happened. She just apologized, that's it. I always stays in hotel and this is the first time that I am not satisfied with the service provided.
