Cheval Maison - The Palm Dubai

Everything was great, very clean, comfortable, and pleasant. There’s a shopping mall nearby where you can shop and dine, and a beautiful park as well. The staff are polite, and the housekeeping is excellent. I’m very satisfied. Now, about one unpleasant issue: due to the current situation between Iran and Israel, I was forced to return to my home country earlier than planned. I asked to move the remaining 4 days of my stay to August instead, as I’ll be coming back then for a longer visit. However, the hotel refused. I’m not asking for a refund, just a date change — which, in my opinion, should not be difficult, as other hotels usually allow it. I still don’t understand the reason for the refusal. I would really appreciate if this could be reconsidered. Overall, I’m very happy with the hotel and would love to come back again and again.

My room was consistently clean and comfortable, with great attention to detail. They were always attentive, ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. I truly appreciate their efforts and warm hospitality. Thank you for making my experience so pleasant.

Absolutely Disappointed – Avoid This Hotel I rarely write reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to share. First off, the hotel charged a deposit with no valid reason – there was no incident, no damage, and no explanation. When I tried to inquire about it, the reception staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. It felt like they had no interest in guest service whatsoever. To make things worse, the housekeeping supervisor was equally unprofessional and impolite. I’ve never felt more unwelcome in a place I paid to stay at. And don’t get me started on the bathroom – unbelievably tiny. You could barely move without bumping into something. Save your time and money. There are plenty of better options out there where guests are treated with basic respect and facilities are actually usable.

My Family and I stayed in the hotel for 2weeks and it was an amazing experience starting from the entrance, you will definitely notice the Security Guy who turned out to be our, he name is Simon, he is very professional, it’s difficult not to notice him, top guy,let’s not forget the wonderful housekeeping team, those guys are the real heroes, each time the clean the room, it always looks like a new building. They Damm too good. We are definitely coming back soon.

We have been staying at Cheval Mason for over a year now . The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything Nakheel Mall, Al Ittihad park and West Beach on the palm. The service was truly exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, great size and combining style with comfort in the best way. Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay!
