I love this store! I haven’t visited in about six years since I usually shop online, but coming back today brought back so many memories.

Ruth is truly one of the kindest, most welcoming, and hospitable staff members I’ve ever encountered. She consistently carries the Creed brand with genuine pride and grace. Her deep knowledge of the brand’s history, along with her ability to explain it with clarity and passion, sets her apart. What I really appreciate is how she focuses on educating customers rather than simply selling to them. Every conversation with Ruth is enriching, I always walk away having learned something new. Although I’m not a member of the Bloomingdale’s club and have never actually made a purchase from the store, Ruth has always treated me like a VIP. Her professionalism and warmth make me feel valued every time I stop by. It’s rare to find someone who offers that level of sincere hospitality regardless of status, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. You truly have a gem on your team. Staff like her elevate the entire experience and embody what luxury service should feel like. 10/10 service.

Since the Golden Goose boutique in Dubai Mall is temporarily closed, I visited Bloomingdale’s instead — and I’m so glad I did! I had an amazing experience shopping there. Anjela, the Golden Goose sales associate, was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. She took her time to show me different options and helped me choose the perfect pair of shoes. Her warm and friendly attitude made the experience even better. What impressed me most was that, knowing I was a traveler, she even followed up with me via WhatsApp so I could easily reach her in case I needed anything regarding the warranty or after-sales support. That level of care and service is rare and truly appreciated. Thank you to Anjela and the Bloomingdale’s team for such a professional and thoughtful shopping experience. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience. Tailored my dress which I bought at full price and completely ruined it - they shortened my dress to a ridiculous short length. Longer in the front, shorter in the back - what sort of seamstress does this? And their solution is to give me back 20% of the price which is PENNIES to this dress. They completely ruined it. Ridiculous customer service, ridiculous service all together. AVOID at all cost. Horrendous experience. Extremely disappointed.

I had a great experience at Bloomingdale’s thanks to Ahmed Reda from the sales team. He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the perfumes. Honestly, I wasn’t fully satisfied with my last visit, but Ahmed completely changed my perception. Because of him, this has become my go-to place for fragrances. Highly recommended!
